Who we are

Nudge is a sliding-block puzzle for Android, published by Mindwise Consultancy Ltd, 27 Leweston Place, London N16 6RJ, United Kingdom (director: Shmuel Berger). For the purposes of UK GDPR, Mindwise Consultancy Ltd is the controller of any personal data connected with the app. You can reach us at nudge@mindwiseconsultancyltd.site.

The short version

Nudge works fully offline, needs no account, and shows no ads. We do not collect, receive, sell or share personal data about you through the app.

What stays on your device

To let you continue where you left off, the app stores the following on your device only:

• which levels and packs you have completed;
• your best move-counts for each level;
• your in-app settings and the number of hints you have left.

This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. It is removed when you uninstall Nudge or clear the app's storage in Android settings.

What we do not collect

Nudge does not ask you for a name, email address, phone number or any other account detail. It does not ask for access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files. It does not use advertising identifiers, and it contains no third-party advertising or analytics code that collects personal data.

Sharing and third parties

Because we hold no personal data about you, we have nothing to share with third parties. If you install or update Nudge through Google Play, Google handles that process under its own privacy policy; we do not receive that information.

Children

Nudge collects no personal data from anyone, including children, and contains no ads, chat, social features or in-app links that lead children to other services.

Retention and security

We keep no personal data, so there is nothing for us to retain or secure on our side. Data stored on your device is protected by the security of your device and the Android system.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to or restrict its use. As we do not collect personal data through Nudge, we expect to hold none, but you are welcome to ask us at the address above and we will reply promptly. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example by adding ads, analytics or purchases, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date at the top of this page.
